By accessing or using SkillZim ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

SkillZim provides a space for learning and teaching practical, Zimbabwean-relevant skills through video-based courses. You may use the Platform for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws of Zimbabwe.

SkillZim does not claim ownership of instructor-created content but reserves the right to feature, promote, or remove courses that violate our policies.

SkillZim provides access to courses for learning purposes only and does not guarantee employment or certification.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. JayK Communications will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to negligence.
Some courses or features may be offered for free, while others may require a subscription or one-time payment. All payments made through SkillZim are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how JayK Communications collects, uses, and protects your information.
All trademarks, branding, designs, and technology behind SkillZim belong to JayK Communications Pvt Ltd. Instructors retain ownership of their individual video content but grant SkillZim a limited license to display and distribute it within the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the Platform.
JayK Communications may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform, and continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Zimbabwean courts.
